This subscription plan allows our merchant/store owners to get a store and get extra benefits.
First things first, when you open a Merchant account in Fursaad (Opening a merchant account is super easy, check our Merchant Guides), you will get a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, you need to choose a plant that suits your business style.

Plan Details
WhatsApp Shop (AED 1800/one-time)
WhatsApp Shop is perfect if you want to test the store and see how the customers are reacting to your products. It’s an effective way to start.
The only downside of WhatsApp Shop is that there is no automation for this kind of shop. When a customer wants to order, they will see a WhatsApp chat icon instead of a buy button. From there, you have to chat with the customer to sell the product.

- Fees: No Fursaad transaction fee (you only pay your payment provider’s gateway charges).
Pro Shop (AED 149/mo)
If you want a professional store that will run even if you oversleep someday, then this is the plan you need to purchase. Using this plan, your shop will get a buy and cart button instead of the WhatsApp chat icon. Customers can order directly, and the order will be listed in your dashboard.

With Pro POS Shop, you can track everything in real time, run targeted advertising campaigns, and even monitor customer reactions to your products as they happen. This plan is designed for those who truly understand the business and want to take it to the next level.

- Transaction Fee: 2.9% + AED 1 per order
Additional Services (Optional)
In Fursaad Marketplace, you can create your delivery system using our Delivery Man. You can list your sponsors and go for instant payouts. These additional features will cost you an extra charge and will be excluded from the subscription plan.
- Fulfillment: AED 5–15 per order for pick, pack & ship
- Sponsored Listings: Starting at AED 50 per campaign
- Instant Payouts: 2% of payout amount (available on Pro & POS plans)
How Do I Upgrade My Plan?
1. To upgrade your plan, log in to your Seller Dashboard. Just visit: www.fursaad.ae and find the “seller login” button in the upper right corner:
2. After logging in, you will be redirected to your Merchant Dashboard. From there, click on the “Subscription” tab located on the left side bar menu of the dashboard.
3. There, a new page will open, and you can see all the monthly and yearly plans available to Open a Store in Fursaad. Select your desired subscription and enter payment details—your 14-day trial starts immediately. It’s super easy.
